This automated phone booking line provides you with the following options on the main menu:
- Book, cancel, reschedule, or confirm a road test – Say “road test” or press 1.
- Information on a specific DriveTest Centre – Say “DriveTest” or press 2.
- Licensing information, such as payment, identification, testing, licence exchange, or commercial licensing – Say “licensing” or press 3.
- Government numbers – Say “other numbers” or press 4.
- Speak with a live operator – Press 0. Live operators are available from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Please be aware that if you cancel a road test appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will lose your road test fee. If you have canceled more than three road tests in the last six months, you will be unable to book or cancel your appointment using an automated system — you will need to contact our DriveTest call centre or visit your local DriveTest Centre in person. Download Road Test Results
Road test results are available online for tests completed within the last fifteen (15) days. To obtain your road test results, please select the “Download Road Test Results” button. If your road test results are not available online, please complete the Contact Us form on this page or visit a DriveTest Centre to obtain your road test results.

Live operators are available on Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours, please leave a message.
Dialling this number will provide an automated response that, for specific comments, will ask you for your driver’s licence number, name, contact phone number, and brief outline or subject of your call. Please have these details available. We will investigate your issue before returning your call. We are committed to returning all calls within one business day.

Messages are monitored for driver examination services and driver licensing comments only. Please do not use this form for booking, cancelling, or rescheduling a road test. Unsolicited spam, junk mail, or promotions will not receive a reply.
